Clean Eating Challenge – Week 3

Week 3 – Day 1

Lunch – Pizza and bread with herbs and olive oil (not pictured)

Today is a holiday and a fun day.  I decided since I have been craving pizza I would just give in, satisfy the craving and be done with it.  I used a cheat meal and ate at Carrabas.

While the pizza hit the spot, I felt horrible.  My whole body felt weighed down and my energy level suffered.  I have learned my lesson.  Cheat meals are a thing of the past.
